The Synendos parties shall not be subject to liability for the truth, accuracy or completeness of the content or any other information conveyed to the user or for errors, mistakes or omissions therein or for any delays or interruptions of the data or information stream from whatever cause. You agree that you use the website and the content at your own risk.

7.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely achieves the economic intent of the original provision.

7.3 Failure of Synendos to act on or enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision in these Terms. No waiver shall be effective against Synendos unless made in writing, and no such waiver shall be construed as a waiver in any other or subsequent instance.
